Clarifier sa vision et ses motivations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une transition r\u00e9ussie repose sur une vision claire. Pourquoi veux-tu changer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plus de sens ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meilleur \u00e9quilibre de vie ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nouveaux d\u00e9fis ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus ta motivation est pr\u00e9cise, plus tes d\u00e9cisions seront align\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Identifier ses comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est souvent l\u00e0 que tout se joue. Tu n\u2019as pas besoin de repartir de z\u00e9ro.
